The Residence La Cascata is located at the margin of the wood. It has recently been built and here you can find an extraordinary environment close to nature, the best relaxation that only the mountains can offer.

From the Residence there are several paths that everyone can enjoy and that penetrate the nearby Val Sozzine or the overlooking woods of the region; you can also admire the wonderful Fall of Acquaseria.

Summer breaks out with its colours allowing several sport activities: summer skiing, jogging, golf, tennis, swimming, trekking, outdoor gym equipment, mountain-bike and walks. Nature and sport: everything you need to recover your form and psychophysical balance.

The chair lift starting directly from the Residence area will take you to 1550 mt. in the Valbione valley, well known for the Ponte di Legno Golf Club with a nine hole course. You can also find a small lake for fishing, a play area for children and a restaurant when you can enjoy typical plates.

During the winter the chair lift itself will allow you to reach the ski slopes direcly from your flat; this makes the position of the Residence unique and excellent. About 300 mt. from the Residence you can find some shops and reach, through the pedestrian pavement, the centre of the village in a few minutes.
